Pre Bailiff Notice

This is an option to be used only if you have an existing County Court Judgment (CCJ) registered against your debtor.

 
The threat of an imminent bailiff visit is often the shock your debtor needs to finally pay you.

Once you proceed to the next stage, we will require complete details of the debt. Obviously, you will need to have the full address details of the debtor.
 

We will also require your details.

As soon as this is completed and the payment processed, the Notice will be sent.

This should hopefully be sufficient to recover your debt.

Our fee is for conducting this service on your behalf. The fee remains the same irrespective of whether we are successful or not in collecting your debt. Our fee is non-refundable.
