Not
everyone knows that a County Court Judgement (CCJ) can be enforced
via the High Court. This can be a more successful way to recover
your debt. We have teamed up with the largest High Court Enforcement
Officers in the UK (The Marston Group) to offer you an unrivalled
service. In order for Marston Group to enforce a County Court
Judgment it must be transferred to the High Court. This service is
offered through solicitors, Breeze & Wyles, at no cost to our
clients. The only fee is that charged by the court for issuing the
Writ.
It could not be easier to take advantage of the free service. Simply
complete the fields on the next page. You will then be contacted
personally.
You will be required to forward a copy of your Judgment or Order to
a Transfer Up Department, along with a cheque in the sum of £50.00.
This cheque is for the court fee when issuing a Writ and should be
made payable to Her Majesty’s Courts Service or HMCS. The High Court
Enforcement Officers will complete all the paperwork for free.
We can
issue a Writ to enforce any High Court Order issued on the Queen’s
Bench or Chancery Division. However, to transfer and enforce a
County Court Judgment, the Judgment amount must be £600.00 or more.
The County
Court Judgment must also have arisen from a debt not regulated under
the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
